Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order
Every Revivify Labs order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum order size, no surcharge, and no additional fee for subscription deliveries — free shipping is built into our pricing.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time. We are exploring international expansion — if you would like to be notified, sign up for our newsletter.
Where We Don't Currently Ship
Due to current fulfillment-center limitations, we are unable to deliver to the following destinations:
- Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)
- Military addresses — APO / FPO / DPO
If you live in one of these locations and would like to order, please email support@revivify-labs.com and we will let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.
Delivery Times
After shipping, standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to U.S. territories may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Carriers
We ship most domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Express USPS Priority service is available on select orders. The carrier and service level for your order is shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also view tracking information by signing in to your account and visiting your order history.
PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia via USPS.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or to issue a refund for the product (excluding outbound shipping costs already incurred).
If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, contact us at support@revivify-labs.com right away. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package within 7 days of the delivery date, email us at support@revivify-labs.com and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we will reship or refund — your choice.
Subscription Shipping
All subscription orders also ship free within the supported U.S. delivery area. Your subscription ships automatically based on the schedule you selected. You can change your delivery date, frequency, or shipping address from your account dashboard before your next scheduled processing date.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
