60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Revivify Labs, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue you a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. You don't need to ship the bottle back. You don't need to fill out a complicated form. One email is all it takes.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@revivify-labs.com from the address you used to place the order, and include:

  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) you would like refunded;
  • A short note about your experience (optional, but it helps us improve our products).

Our support team replies within one business day and processes refunds promptly.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we issue it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.

Subscription Orders

The 60-day guarantee applies to your first order in any subscription. After that, refunds for subsequent subscription shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — but we want you to be happy, so reach out and we will work with you.

You can cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitments. Changes made before your next billing date will apply to your next shipment; changes made after billing will apply to the shipment after that.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@revivify-labs.com and include a photo of the issue. We will reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice — at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office. If you still cannot locate the package within 7 days of the delivery date, contact us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Returns

Because our products are perishable supplements, we generally do not accept physical returns. We process refunds without requiring a return — please dispose of any remaining product responsibly or, if you prefer, donate unopened bottles to a friend or family member.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong product, contact us and we can refund the original order so you can place a new one for the correct product.

Order Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, we will treat it as a 60-day guarantee request when it arrives.

Exceptions

The 60-day guarantee covers the price of the product(s) purchased directly from Revivify Labs. It does not cover:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces — please contact the retailer for their return policy;
  • Promotional items, free samples, or gift-with-purchase items;
  • Orders placed more than 60 days before the refund request.
